Our guided walks are carefully curated to optimise your experience and provide the most informative yet engaging information, so we choose venues and the route based on this.

From time to time, we may have to alter the route of the walk due to circumstances beyond our control such as construction, street closure, festivals or events. We will ensure that you still have a wonderful experience.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow dogs on our tours as venues we visit do not allow pets and some of our routes would be uncomfortable to navigate with dogs.

There is no upper age limit on our walks! You must be able to walk unassisted and be able to cover the distance with some incline and stairs.

The minimum age for the tour is 12 years. Please see our children policy for further details.

All children must be accompanied by an adult and be 12 years or older. Please advise us ahead of the tour if there is a child in your booking. We do not offer children’s discount.

We are currently building an accessible version of our guided walks. Please use the Contact Us form if you would like to ask an accessibility question about our current walks.

Central, Roma St, South Brisbane and South Bank train stations offer luggage lockers. Our walks start and end in public places so cannot accommodate luggage storage.

We require a minimum of two people per tour for the tour to proceed. If we don’t reach that we will do our best to ensure you can join another tour on offer.

Please ensure you are not late. After 10 minutes the tour will need to move to the next location promptly for the other guests. If you have run into unforeseen circumstances and know you will be running late, please call our guide via WhatsApp on +61 498 513 068

Walks will go ahead in minor weather conditions such as light rain or wind. In the event that severe weather, or a government directive, means the tour cannot proceed you will be contacted to arrange an alternate tour date or provided with a full refund

Your safety is important to us. All our guides are trained in basic first aid and will dial 000 in an emergency. We request that you listen to the guides instructions throughout the walk so you can enjoy a safe and wonderful experience.

If we are required to cancel a tour due to illness or other unforeseen circumstance, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to the tour. If you cancel 14 days or more before the date and start time of your tour, you will be entitled to a full refund. If you cancel less than 14 days but not less than 24 hours from the date and start time of your tour, the following administration fees will be deducted from your refund: $25 per person if rescheduling; $50 per person if cancelling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the date and start time of your tour, no refunds, credits or compensation will be given.

Once you have paid for your tour in full the price will not change.

In the event that a tour includes a ferry ride, you will need to pay by smartphone or tap a bank or credit card as we board then disembark the ferry, or have already purchased the Brisbane transit GO card to tap on and off.
