Terms and Conditions for Brisbane Unexpected Tour Gift Voucher

1. General Information
1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of gift vouchers ("Voucher") issued by Brisbane Unexpected for booking tours, activities, or services.
1.2. By purchasing or redeeming a Voucher, the buyer and the recipient of the Voucher agree to these Terms.

2. Voucher Purchase and Value
2.1. Vouchers are available in specified amounts and can be purchased directly from Brisbane Unexpected online.
2.2. The value of the Voucher will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
2.3. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of credit unless required by law.

3. Voucher Redemption
3.1. Vouchers can be redeemed for tours, activities, or services offered by Brisbane Unexpected and are subject to availability.
3.2. To redeem a Voucher, the recipient must contact Brisbane Unexpected directly or use the online booking system, providing the Voucher number and any required information.
3.3. If the total cost of the booking exceeds the value of the Voucher, the recipient must pay the remaining balance. If the total cost is less than the Voucher value, the Voucher will remain active and the difference can be used at a later date, but the original expiry date of the Voucher will continue to apply.
3.4. Vouchers may only be used for future bookings and are not valid for past transactions or services already rendered.

4. Expiration and Validity
4.1. Vouchers are valid for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase, after which they will expire and can no longer be redeemed.
4.2. Any booking made with a Voucher must be completed before the expiration date.
4.3. Brisbane Unexpected is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired Vouchers.

5. Restrictions and Limitations
5.1. Vouchers cannot be used for special events, or third-party services unless otherwise stated.
5.2. Vouchers are not transferable, and they cannot be sold or exchanged.
5.3. Some tours or services may have additional restrictions such as age limits, availability, or specific conditions. Please check the details when booking.
5.4. Vouchers are subject to the availability of tours, activities, and services at the time of booking. Some tours may be excluded from Voucher redemption.

6. Cancellations and Changes
6.1. Cancellations or changes to a booking made with a Voucher must be made in accordance with Brisbane Unexpected's standard booking and cancellation policies.
6.2. If a booking is cancelled within the terms of the cancellation policy, the Voucher value may be refunded or credited towards a new booking. However, the refund will be provided only in the form of a new Voucher and not as cash.
6.3. If a booking is rescheduled, the Voucher value will remain valid for the rescheduled tour date, provided it is within the Voucher’s expiration period.

7. Liability
7.1. Brisbane Unexpected is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of the Voucher or the services associated with it.
7.2. The customer assumes full responsibility for their participation in any tours or activities and agrees to abide by all safety instructions and regulations provided by Brisbane Unexpected.

8. Modifications
8.1. Brisbane Unexpected reserves the right to amend or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website or notifying the purchaser.

9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, and any disputes arising from the use of the Voucher will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Brisbane, Queensland.
